I've been using the grounding mat for approx 2 months

I’m really enjoying it (I would say my feet are on it 3’ish hours a day).... I love the slight tingling sensation, feels fantastic

I’m fairly healthy and don’t have any issues with sleep or pains

The 2 big things I have noticed are I reach a state of deepness in my meditation sessions more quick than I used to and my general circulation when I’m sitting down seems better

I’m sensitive to vibrational change and the mat has definitely heightened my vibration and I couldn’t be happier

I have struggled with pain for more years than I care to remember. Especially in one of my knees. I have been for every test known to man and my only medical option is a deep and painful injection right underneath the knee cap for the foreseeable future in the hopes it would heal. My knee and spine used to keep me up for hours every single night. It would take up to three hours for me to finally fall asleep. Enter the grounding mat. Within one month of only 30 minutes a night I am now pain free in my knee and spine and falling asleep within 30 minutes of going to bed. My body is finally healing. Amazing results in my opinion from a fantastic product.

I thought your website was the clearest, and, in no small way, it came across as more honest and straightforward than many I had read. Some websites strongly promote the use of silver but it oxidizes over time. And another website that uses stainless steel described it as exactly that, "stainless steel", whereas your website says "surgical grade stainless steel", and so on. That matters to me. So I cancelled the order I had placed with another company over here in the US and bought from you instead. I also appreciate the advice I was given in an email. The turnaround was amazing and the support is clearly exceptional. What's not to love?

The Grounding Sheet has been a game changer for me.

If you’ve experienced trauma or medical challenges, be patient with yourself. The first week wasn’t easy for me — in fact, my pain increased, not decreased, and my anxiety was worse. But I’d heard from someone else to just stick with it, so I committed fully rather than stopping and starting. By Day 10, I noticed a real shift: my anxiety was gone, my pain had eased, and I slept a solid 6.5 hours straight — a big change for someone who used to wake every two hours. My afternoon energy is now significantly better — no more crashing. I won’t travel without it again. It’s made a huge difference.

The grounding mat has helped me significantly with leg pain at night. I have one on my lounge chair and now one on my desk chair at work. I've had very little leg pain at night, and haven't had to take any pain meds since I started using it. I was a bit skeptical at first, but it's definitely made a huge difference. It's also helped me get to sleep a lot quicker, I'm no longer tossing and turning for hours. I would highly recommend.

I purchased this, in addition to the large fitted underlay, for our caravan mattress or when travelling. I get a great deal of relief from EarthShield products as I'm extremely sensitive to EMF's....even my husband's CPap machine.

I have been using the bed sheet, as well as the seat cover and floor mat to my desk of an evening for a month.
I am 74 years old and suffer from BPH. Coincidental to using the grounding products, I have not had to visit the bathroom as much during the night, but still have the issue during the day.
I am therefore going to purchase another seat cover where I teach horse riding during the day, and see if it adds to help in that area during those day time hours as well.

Writing this review after usage of more than two months and done first wash of pillowcase as well.

Used to own those black faux leather types. This one is so much better in terms of material quality and definitely the impact on my body.

Used to have to do stretches regularly to tackle aches and discomfort, haven't felt the need to do any for a while!

Even the cable and plug quality is built better, the black faux leather ones I used to own, they would sometimes get loose or unplugged and you wouldn't notice it, always had to check if they were still connected, these one are built in a way that it fits snugly and it won't come off unless you pull it out.

Since purchasing my grounding mat, I can't measure with any certainty obvious changes but feel I am sleeping more deeply, not that my sleeping pattern has changed but I certainly drop off to sleep quickly and wake rested! Definitely feeling the benefit!

At this point I do not have a drastic change to report. I have a couple of issues that I am hoping to improve. These include swelling around the ankles and mild chronic shoulder joint pain, however my husband has sleep issues, and he has reported that he is feeling more rested in the mornings. My pain and swelling has not as yet subsided. Despite this, I feel very positive about sleeping with the sheet. It feels as though this is potentially a good preventative tool for the long run. I will keep you informed of any notable changes.

This Fitted Grounding Sheet Underlay is a fantastic product!
It is really well made from lovely fabrics.

After using this product every night for several weeks now I can confidently say that my body aches and pains, (especially in my knees and hips) have vitually gone.
I am also enjoying this as a recovery tool after long day walks. I get home after a 10-18k walk and lie straight on it! Magic!
