We ship Express EMS from Australia, with delivery to most USA locations in 4- 7 Business days from your date of ordering.

EMS is a premium express international service with final delivery by Express United States Postal Service (USPS) to any USA address or Post Office Box. Orders are shipped same or next business day from Australia after your order is placed.

For returns, we have a USA return address in Fairfield Iowa.

EarthShield products are currently made in Australia, and we have longer term plans to make our products in the USA.

Customs & Tariffs – 10% added from September 2025.

From September 2025, a 10% Tariff is added to all prices shown on the website in the check out process for our Australian made goods. Australia certification . We pay this 10% to the USA Customs office on your behalf, and this ensures you receive your order with NO further customs fees or sales taxes payable, and no delays to delivery.

Shipping costs (EMS Express)

Shipping price depends upon the cart subtotal.

Orders over $150 shipped free. So free shipping on all Grounding Underlay sheets.

Orders between 100-149 ship for $9

Orders between 50 – 100 ship for $15.

Orders under $50 ship for $30.

We dispatch the same or next business day after your order is placed. Your goods are covered for any loss up to the point they are delivered or signed for.

Returns & Refunds

We’ve put a lot of time and care into the design and manufacture of our products and if for some reason there is a problem or you need to return something, just let us know.

If you’d like to return any UNUSED items in perfect condition within 3 months of purchase, we’ll provide a full refund for the product cost, excluding any shipping fees we’ve incurred.

1-Year Satisfaction Guarantee

If you are not satisfied with your grounding products within a whole year of purchasing, we’ll refund you all, or the larger part of what you paid (details below). This will require our return authority reference before returning any goods.

Of your total order/s value, we’ll refund 100% of the first USD$150 plus 50% of each $ you spend over $150 on goods that you are not satisfied with and wish to return. This refund excludes any bulk or quantity discounts, and any shipping we have charged (if any) on your invoice . The first step is to contact us and allow us a chance to help you get good results before you return. Most times if good results are not achieved, the grounding strength is either too weak or too strong for your individual needs. We touch on how to change the grounding strength in our ‘New to Grounding – Experiences You May Have’ guide included with your products. We’re also happy to share more detailed product tips over the phone. If you’ve tried the advice we provide and still aren’t seeing a good result, we’ll issue a return authorisation under our 1-Year Satisfaction Guarantee.

Please ensure your products are returned in good working condition, free from damage caused by incorrect care (such as using unsuitable detergents—see our care instructions). All cords, accessories, and a Return Authority reference number must be included. Normal wear from regular use, provided our care guidelines were followed, is completely fine. Once we receive and inspect the items, we’ll refund you as above. We ask that you cover the freight cost of returning the goods to our US Fairfield Iowa address.
