If you tried to DIY products of our quality, the cost of the materials alone would exceed the price of our finished products. We are the product maker, without multiple middlemen in between and we ensure margins are kept low. This Best Price promise does not apply to pricing from our European partners, who sell the same products under their own brand name at a similar price point. Due to exchange fluctuations, our prices will sometimes be higher or lower than our European partners.

Note: for the return of UNUSED perfect condition products within 90 days of purchasing, we’ll refund the cost of the items in full, less our shipping costs. See our Shipping and Returns for further details.

If you have any concerns about whether grounding can help you before buying, consider starting small with a Fabric Grounding Mat or an EarthShield Grounding Pillowcase. These products are under $150 and receive a full refund, excluding shipping charged (if any) to you.
Please contact us for an honest view if grounding can help you, as it is also in our financial interest that you don’t buy if you are not satisified. The cost to make our product (which we cannot resell if used) plus admin, handling and service costs outweigh any dollars offset from what we retain under the above refund guarantee.
What to do if you’re unsatisfied with your grounding results
Call or email us to let us know and allow us the chance to help. Most times if good results are not achieved, the grounding strength is either too weak or too strong for your individual needs. We touch on how to change the grounding strength in our ‘New to Grounding Experiences’ guide included with your product. There are also finer product tips we can talk about by phone.
If you’re still not satisfied after trying the product advice we provide, we’ll issue a return authorisation reference as part of our 1-Year Satisfaction Guarantee.
Pack your goods with your Return Authorisation Number and mail them to us. Please ensure your products are returned in good working condition and free from damage, such as that caused by using incorrect detergents. Refer to our care instructions for guidance. It’s completely fine if your products show wear or become damaged through regular use, as long as our care instructions have been followed. Once we receive and inspect the item, we’ll issue a refund minus any shipping costs we’ve covered. We kindly ask that you cover the return shipping cost.
